All cutter knives are available on request.

Important / Always specify when ordering:

Desired knife shape.
Exact machine type with liter capacity of the cutter bowl.
Slot width in mm, open or closed.
With closed axis receptacle – with or without slots, holes, etc.
For special knives – radius (distance from the center of the shaft to the narrowest point of the bowl bottom), mounting and thickness.

In case of doubt, please send samples or detailed drawing.

Cold cuts slicing knife

Our HQT slicing and slicing knives impress with their OEM quality and are made from 100% stainless steel in the Remscheid | Solingen | Wuppertal triangle.

We stock slicers for all known manufacturers in stainless and coated finish suitable for: Berkel, Bizerba, Weber, Graef, Treif, Holac, MHS, Dadaux, Watanabe.

Creel knife

By using high-quality materials, we achieve an optimum hardening structure and fine grain size of the carbides, which results in very long service lives!

We stock all current models of the Treif, Holac, Foodlogistik and Rühle brands. We are also happy to realize special requests such as coatings, serrations and fine serrations with holes and rivets.

Bacon derinding blades

Our HQT derinding blades impress with their OEM quality and are produced from 100% stainless material in the city triangle Remscheid | Solingen | Wuppertal.

The use of the highest quality materials results in the following advantages for the user:
